Above statement precisely describes the state of higher education in India. However, our aspiration to become global super power can't be fulfilled only with mediocre higher education.

As during the ongoing winter session of Parliament the honourable minister needs to ensure passage of several critical bills related to higher education, we at Education Insight want to wish Union Minister of HRD, Kapil Sibal, Good Luck. And in fact, all of us, stakeholders in higher education should wish him luck.
